Problem statement

While time series data generation is a common use case, users have no built-in methods to generate time series with common options (e.g. data lateness, value distributions over event time).

Proposed Solution

Create built-in interfaces (e.g. withTimeSeriesColumn, withTimeSeriesValueColumn) which simplify time series generation.
