Support to extend lease of a task

In Java SDK, TaskResult has a method to set isExtendLease to true which essentially stops the task from re-SCHEDULING if the worker returns the TaskResult with task status as in_progress. This is useful for simple and asynchronous tasks. Is it possible to have this in Python SDK anytime soon?
