Consider pushing latest tag for latest version

Right now, when using the image: czon/azdo-agent, you'll end up with version 2.168.2 of the Visual Studio Agent.

Could you please use the latest tag (or some other, custom tag) to define the latest created versions? I like my self-hosted agents to be updated without changing or updating any docker-compose files.

The latest Tag is over 3 years old. This needs to be added to the pipeline, I think.
I will have a look int this but it might not be in the next few days.
