[FR] - Introduce flag to disable credential form if connection(s) are already preconfigured

It's not necessarily a problem. Rather, this could be considered a security feature when whodb is used in an environment with limited access.

Describe the solution you'd like

There should be a simple flag (via an environment variable, for example) that tells the frontend to hide the connection details form if preconfigured connections are available. The backend should also then prevent anything other than a preconfigured connection from opening. This would make whodb suitable for managed environments where it is made available to users, but access is limited to a preselected set of database targets.
