`/v1/models` returns models incompatible with MCTSAgent

While we are currently proxying, we also provide results for incompatible models, such as text-to-speech and embedding. However, please note that we only support chat completion endpoints and will not be able to process incompatible models such as text-embedding-3-small. The endpoint could validate models and cache the results before returning them.
