(bedrock): Add deprecation/migration notice

Describe the issue

It sounds like the bedrock module (maybe more also?) is no longer being maintained because efforts have shifted to the new @aws-cdk/aws-bedrock-alpha package instead.

Please can you add a deprecation notice to the docs, encouraging migration, if that's the case?

I hope this could help avoid more folks investing effort in PRs like #1136, #1139, #1140 that just go stale and expire... and also give existing users notice that there's something more active & mature to use instead.

Hi @athewsey ! Thank you for this issue.

We are indeed working on migrating the bedrock L2 constructs from this repository to the [https://github.com/aws/aws-cdk/tree/main/packages/%40aws-cdk/aws-bedrock-alpha](bedrock alpha package).

We will add a deprecation notice once this work is done, along with a migration guide. The only remaining constructs are data sources and KB to migrate. I will add a note to the readme that it is a work in progress to make it clear.

The bedrock module in this repository is still maintained, we were mostly focused on another project lately but I will resume work here to upgrade dependencies and fix the issues mentioned in the PRs above.
