Error parsing Cloudformation YAML template to create VPC stack.

Hi. I am getting an parsing error in the step to create VPC stack using Cloudformation YAML template downloaded from Github for vpc_us-west-2. I tried switching to vpc_us_east_1 with YAML template respectively and got the same error. Please error text below and attached file.

I have no problem to use the cloudformation file.

Hi. Your image only shows accessing the UI to upload but did you actually download file, upload the template, and then click next? Please do so and see if you get the same error or it works for you to get to the next screen. Thanks.

I downloaded the file on local PC, then uploaded it.
I didn't get any error.
It worked well to the next screen.

I checked the template file by running the following command in the Mac OS:

$ body=$(cat vpc_us_west_2.yaml)
$ aws cloudformation validate-template --template-body $body
{
    "Parameters": []
}

It is valid.
