New opentelemetry-collector-contrib exporters #1116

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We want to export our traces from lambdas to S3 or firehose endpoint but both of them are not allowed at this point. So we want to know if there's going to be any new release in the short mid term for these purposes.

Enable the exporter that already exists in opentelemetry-collector-contrib to send traces to S3
Describe alternatives you've considered
Send traces to a firehose endpoint.
