Accessing custom attributes

Keycloak, Microsoft Azure Entra etc. support the creation of custom attributes, see e.g. https://www.baeldung.com/keycloak-custom-user-attributes

Is it already possible to access these somehow? If not, it would be nice to do that!

If you could point me to the rough files I have to touch, I could help with implementing this as well.
