it comes from https://github.com/android-hacker/Launcher3/tree/3c930960e68aa91a115f6fe8983ab7e91cbf3d2e/src/com/google/android/libraries
which comes from https://github.com/patriksletmo/launcherclient/tree/master
which appears to be a dubiously licensed disassembled code from some proprietary Google libs
