Online orders API

It would be nice to have an API to download receipts of online orders. The UI for order list is https://www.migros.ch/de/account/orders . The API is https://www.migros.ch/retentionapi/public/web/v1/customers/orders/invoices/ . orderid is visible in the URL of an order detail page e.g. https://www.migros.ch/de/order/19502299

The online order details are not included in the CSV download of the "Kassenbons" API (/service/avantaReceiptExport/csv.csv at https://cumulus.migros.ch/de/konto/kassenbons.html), this is why a dedicated online orders API would be nice.

I adjusted so the receipts now are using the same api calls as in /purchases/receipts. At least for the listing.
For the single receipt getting it's probably something more bothersome to parse the html. Will do that later, the moment my own application requires it.
