Navicat can't connect to dble?

Note
Currently, Navicat does not support connecting to the DBLE administration（9066）.

Other steps

• 0.First,try to connect to dble in mysql client;if ok, Next step;
• 1.navicat prompts the error as 'The client requested CLIENT_FOUNRD_ROWS capabilities does not match....',Please upgrade dble version to >3.20.10.0,Then try to connect again;
• 2.Enable debug level log to observe the effective error log;
• 3.when no valid log,and dble version >=3.21.02.0,you can open the general log to observe the sql issued by Navicat, Then execute the SQL row in turn to find out the unsupported SQL;if have SQL that is not supported by DBLE, you can first filter the duplicate issue to decide whether to create a new issue;
