[Bug] Cannot restore backups of /storage/emulated/0

Describe the bug
Cannot restore backups of the /storage/emulated/0 directory. It instantly fails with a "permission denied" error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Backup the entire /storage/emulated/0 directory
2. Try to restore it
3. DataBackup instantly fails to even start the restore process

Expected behavior
The restore process should work flawlessly.

Additional context
I'm rooted with Magisk 29.0 and I'm running the latest stock ROM from Xiaomi
