Duplicate setting registration for WARP function activities

As a result of registering the activities for two workflows the setting is implicitly registered twice, resulting in this error on start:

[:0 Default] Setting: analysis.warp.guid already registered!
[:0 Default] Setting: analysis.warp.apply already registered!

This does not actually impact anything other than two errors that should not show.
