"Open URL" cannot handle trailing whitespace on the URL

Bug Description:

Open URL cannot open URLs with a trailing space

Steps To Reproduce:
Please provide all steps required to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the "Open URL" action
2. Enter a valid URL and add a trailing space
3. Hit enter

Observe the dialog indicating the file cannot be found:

Expected Behavior:
Trim the URL (remove leading / trailing whitespace) and open the file successfully
