Mention `cargo-generate` in `bevy new` docs

In the scaffolding docs, we should mention that we're using cargo-generate under the hood. Not only does it give credit to the tool doing the brunt of the work, but it also gives users a clear path to making their own templates. (Any cargo-generate-compatible template works with bevy new.)
