Dashboard data not refreshing/updating

Hi team,
I'm noticing that the data displayed on my Dashboard isn't updating. It seems to be stuck at an old timestamp. I've tried refreshing the page, but the data time remains unchanged.
Could you please advise on what might be causing this and how I can ensure the Dashboard data updates regularly?

Thanks for reaching out! You've encountered an issue that was common in digiRunner versions prior to 4.5, where the dashboard data might not refresh as expected. This was typically due to how the Report Schedule mechanism was implemented in earlier versions.

Here’s a quick checklist to help verify the current setup if you are still using a version before 4.5:

1. Verify Report Schedule Status

   • Navigate to System Information > Scheduled Tasks.
   • Ensure the Report Schedule is set to "Activated". If it's not, please activate it.

2. Check Batch Execution Details

   • Also under System Information > Scheduled Tasks, look for "REPORT_BATCH - Report Scheduling".
   • Review its execution logs to confirm it’s running properly, check the last run time, and look for any errors.
