Thanks for your attention to this project.

Small target tracking in this example is based on a detector with a background subtraction algorithm - MotionDetectorExample class:

(USE_CLIP is experimental and you don't need it.)

So, you can run: ./MultitargetTracker -e=1

And change tracker settings here: https://github.com/Smorodov/Multitarget-tracker/blob/master/example/MotionDetectorExample.h#L93

I can say that background subtraction works well only for static cameras, preferably for scenes with a static background and not large objects.
