Bug Description

You can have empty functions

Expected Behavior

To error saying it's an empty section, like how normal sections would.

Steps to Reproduce

function test(string: string):
parses fine

This seems to be an issue with all structures and sections. If the structure or section is the last line of a script, it doesn't print out the "empty section" warning.

on load: # doesn't print out warning

on load: # prints out warning
on load: # doesn't print out warning

Well yeah, lowest makes sense, its not a huge gamebreaking bug, its a minor bug if anything, nothing too severe.

This needs an assertion error test. This should not have broke. It should be the same as the other error logging issue. Low.
