No New-Item documentation

The New-Item command exists, I've seen it work in PS scripts, and it is described on the Working With Items Readme, but I can't find page dedicated to New-Item and all of the available switches.

Hi @djsmith thank you for taking an interest in the module. For a while I've been contemplating whether or not I should produce documentation for the default provider commands (New-Item, Get-Item, etc.). Mostly has been an issue with competing priorities.
