fix: add error handling in SpiceLibrary to log warnings for failed library parsing but keep going. if you can load a library, you should be able to load the rest of the libraries.

add hyphen to the parser. sometimes there is a '-' in the t_ID of the spice.

fix: add path check for subcircuits in SpiceLibrary when loading a db.pickle. sometimes the db is there and the newly added or serached library is not in it.
