filling in the scaffolded packages #193
Description
as we are in the process of satisfying the Socket requirement of not having very small package dependencies, this next step requires filling in the scaffolded packages in the packages/* dir of this repo
it's rather simple and i hope to not over-complicate, which means perhaps simplifying our dependencies too.. we will be taking a look at this tonight.
