Why Delphi? Why me? Why like this?
This project is not a showcase for Delphi. It's not an attempt to revive an old language, nor a provocation against current trends. Delphi is simply a pretext. A blank canvas. A neutral ground, free from the influence of modern conventions and the reflexes they impose.
I want to explore ideas, build architectures, test logic. And for that, I need an environment that doesn’t think for me. I need foundations that are simple, clear, and fully under my control—so I can construct concepts without inherited assumptions. In that sense, Delphi is perfect: it isn’t trendy, it doesn’t suggest anything. It leaves me room to think.
This work follows two core principles:
1. Reclaiming the value of independent thought.
Working outside established norms forces you to ask more questions. It takes time, effort, and sometimes doubt. But that’s where real ideas emerge. Refusing the beaten path means choosing solitude for a while, in order to gain clarity over what you're actually building.
2. Reminding ourselves that the heart of computing lies in algorithms, not in languages.
Tools have become totems. We often mistake style for structure. But whether you're coding in Python, Rust, or Pascal, what truly matters is the reasoning you bring into form. The language is just a vehicle—not a truth. This project is a demonstration: modern AI concepts can live in any environment, as long as you know what you're trying to express.
I’m not trying to offer an alternative. I’m offering a space. A space to think differently, to show that modernity isn’t about the tools we use, but about how we bend, reinvent, and redirect them toward a vision.
This is an exploration. A proof that things can be done differently. Maybe not better—but differently. And that, in itself, matters.
