sankey diagram not showing width for proportional V/J usage (fig 1d) #6
Description
Hello, I'm having an issue creating a sankey diagram using the "gene_usage_analysis.ipynb" notebook. I am able to recreate the connections in figure 1d of the Frontiers in Immunology, but all the connections are going to a point rather than showing proportions with width.
This plot was made using the unchanged code from "figure1.ipynb" from the pyTCR_publication git repository.
