[RFE] potential improvements to GHA

List of potential improvements to GHA

make-image.yml

• take result from “Build LE in docker container” into ENV if error and create new step before “Upload OFFICIAL Release image” to error.

create-addon.yml

• notify about addons that did not build successfully

build errors

• we need some kind of cleanup for sources
  • maybe just keep whatever is in the stable
  • and the master branch
  • and rm everything else
