3D Magnetotelluric model visualization

3D resistivity models (from magnetotelluric inversion) are often written and stored in VTK format. Can we add that here?

You can use ReadVTK to read a VTK file into Julia.
If it is a rectilinear grid it is straightforward to transform it to a CartData structure. Given that VTK come in many different forms (unstructured, structured, etc.) it is tricky to make a general import function.
