Firefox comp. issues with footer

The footer has been fixed on Chrome and Edge (last version) but still not working on Firefox. It may come from that on Firefox, I can't see this part of the global.css:
  body::after {
    content: '';
    display: block;
    height: 200px;
  }

Try <!DOCTYPE> but it's worst.
