I am having trouble getting the Battlegrounds tracker to recognize that I have an active subscription.
I have tried signing out and back in, reinstalling the app, quitting both applications and restarting the computer, however nothing seems to resolve the issue.
Have you tried restarting the application? That issues happens sometimes when the token expired. If that doesn't help, please attach a copy of the application log file when the problem appears.
