Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Set file format to M4A and bitrate to any value higher than 96 kbps.
  2. Record anything.
  3. Check a recorded file in any app that can display the file's bitrate.

Expected behavior

The file should have the bitrate I've set in Settings.

Actual behavior

Despite setting any value higher than 96 kbps, the file is saved with 96 kbps bitrate. Lower values work fine.
