[Toast] error code lookup

Messages - Error code 16

While trying to reply or send a sms/mms I got a toast stating Error code 16.
It took me a while to figure out what this ment since I could recieve sms/mms/calls, and it turns out this is a network issue on the providers side and needs to be resolved by them.
