How to track the messages from end to end

I have a nasty issue that I don't know how to track. A Docker compose file, that works well on two other systems, is causing me some headache. I can set up a flow and even if I keep it really simple I have this issue.

• I setup a simple flow and save
• Connect to a local Oallama (this machine can be pinged from the docker cli) or to OpenAI (also positive ping)
• Start the chat widget
• Type some text, hit enter
• And then absolutely nothing happens. No reply, No error, no nothing. Does anyone know how to track this 'disconnect'?
