TPU driver support

Hi, thanks for the great project! I’m currently working on the Sipeed LicheeRV Nano with the CV180X TPU. I’m trying to run a neural network on the TPU, but I couldn’t find the /dev/cvi-tpu0 device. I suspect this might be due to the absence of the CVI device driver.

I attempted to build the driver from the repository https://github.com/sophgo/osdrv directly on the device, but the build process failed due to the missing ion.h header file in the Linux headers.

I’m unsure about the proper way to install the driver and fully utilize the TPU. Could you please provide some guidance? Thank you!
