Click on the Folder Icon on the left (Orange), then right click on mnet4 directory, click upload, upload your file

and then replace --from shuffle.webm with your video file

The neural network is trained on Full-HD ( 1920 x 1080 ) size images, following a GoPRO like camera calibration.
The subject should also be more than 1.5m away from the camera, in general there are many small details/requirements
that may make or break the BVH output.
If you can supply a video I can check it to see what is wrong!
