Incorporate slide-deck-output into framework #10
Description
Promotional and demonstrational content should be sourced in the same code as the product, to ensure accuracy and currency, but also to incentivize cohesion between engineering and support, education, marketing, and even sales.
Starting with the Reveal.js backend for Asciidoctor, and based on the A-MEDIC example, we need a file formatting style and a command sequence to not just spit out a slide show, but to coordinate it with realtime content management, so slideshows can be rearranged or easily forked.
