Trying to connect to my Billing Software's MS-SQL database

I tried WrenAi with the Sample Datasets. It was amazing to see how it works. I have a billing software - Quickbill POS. It uses MS-SQL database as backend. I'm trying to connect to it with Wren AI but im not able to. I have the server IP , Database name and username passwords too. But still i get a error that ODBC server connection time out. The server has clients which connect to this database and work over that LAN. But what am i missing here. Why couldn't i connect to the server ?
