WS Connection Issues

[Silly-V]

I'm having the same WS connection issues as other users:

WebSocket connection to 'ws://localhost:9090/4' failed: Error in connection establishment: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Also here is the message from my terminal:

Otherwise this tool appears to be just the thing I need, I wish I could get it to work.
